On Monday July 27th 2020, the Annual General Meeting was held, and after much discussion, we are excited to announce that our members voted by 83% majority to change our name from Tuart Hill Swimming Club to Scarborough Beach Swimming Club.
Our new colours are Navy Blue and Sunset Gold, and with the help of our new local sponsor, The Little Workshop Graphic Design Studio, our new SBSC Logo has been designed.
The rationale behind the new colours is to reflect our new location, including sunsets, beach, ocean, water, summer, as well as some of our core values of strength, unity and professionalism. It is also aimed at making our branding more marketable and appealing to a wide age range.
