TRAINING CHANGES FOR OCEAN HEROES

The Ocean Heroes event is being held at SBP this Friday night and Saturday, so we have to move all training to Churchlands SHS Pool for ALL squads.

all squads relocate to Churchlands, same time as normal training, except National Performance who will be joining National Development from 5-7pm.
