National Age Group Squad
This squad is intended for National Age Group swimmers who have clearly shown their dedication to the sport through attitude, training ability and attendance. The swimmers within this squad have achieved National qualifying times and target all club meets and State Age Championships, with a strong focus to podium and qualify for State Teams, as well as attend National / International Championships set by the High Performance Coach.

Minimum 7 | Maximum 9 sessions per week
Duration of Sessions
2 x 1 hour GYM sessions and 9 x 2 hour SWIM sessions
