Key Objectives

Sessions will include competitive training techniques to allow members to maintain health and fitness whilst giving the opportunity to prepare for Masters and Open Water Swim events (for those who wish to do so). Members are encouraged to engage in club activities in order to enjoy the social aspects of a swimming club and to provide an example to our younger generations of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle in adulthood.

Skills Development

There will be 3 tiers of skill development in this squad to allow a wider range of swimming abilities. Sessions will offer options for the novice, intermediate and advanced swimmer to enhance their skills, strength and fitness.
